Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English)
Assist in hiring for various levels, including Manager, Senior, and Junior level positions
Support the end-to-end recruitment process under guidance
Learn and apply sourcing techniques for Digital Marketing and Web Development roles specific to agency needs
Screen candidates from different job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social networking sites, etc.)
Develop the ability to understand job requirements and contribute to recruitment strategies
Source and recruit qualified candidates relevant to the requirements
Develop strong follow-up skills and assist in database/pool creation for all ongoing and upcoming job requirements
Maintain reports and database of candidates
Handle multiple job requirements simultaneously with support from the team
