Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Support Executive will manage customer interactions, respond to support inquiries, and address customer issues efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering online support, and providing technical assistance when required. The Executive will also work collaboratively to improve service standards and maintain a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to assist customers effectively and empathetically
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and a proactive attitude
  • Expertise in Online Support and managing communication through digital platforms
  • Familiarity with Technical Support to address and resolve basic technical issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in consumer goods or e-commerce industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
