Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to manage corporate client escalations, provide timely resolutions, and coordinate with internal teams for order tracking and dispatch. The ideal candidate should have proven customer support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve corporate client escalations via email and calls.
- Provide technical support and solutions for client issues.
- Manage and track complex queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order tracking and dispatch updates.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, offering clear and concise solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide timely updates to clients.
- Document issues, resolutions, and client interactions for future reference.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer/technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex queries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Experience working with corporate clients is an added advantage
