JOB ROLE

Customer Service Executive – Voice Process

Inbound + Outbound Calling

SALARY

26,000 CTC | Approx. 21,000 In-Hand

WORKING DETAILS

- 6 Days Working

- 1 Rotational Week Off

- 9-Hour Shift

- 8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduate candidates only

- Minimum 1 year of relevant Customer Service experience

- Experience must be from the same Customer Service profile

- Valid employment documents are mandatory:

- Offer Letter

- Experience Letter

- Last 3 Months Payslips

- AMCAT Score: 40+

English + Tamil / Malayalam

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls.

- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and required updates.

- Maintain accurate customer and call records.

- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.

- Escalate complex concerns to the relevant team when required.

- Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication.

- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
