Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Process: Semi-Voice
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in English + any one of the following:
English + Kannada
English + Telugu
English + Hindi

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory – Any Stream
Experience: Social Media Experience Required
Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Chat, Email & Calls
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries
Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Handle customer interactions professionally across multiple channels
Assist customers with their queries related to services and applications
Maintain accuracy and quality while handling customer interactions
Work according to process guidelines and performance standards
Work Details
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Shift: General Shift

Freshers:
22K CTC per month
18K–19K Take Home
Experienced:
27K CTC per month
21K Take Home
