️ Working: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain professional communication and good customer service.

- Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory for Freshers.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from home.

- Freshers can apply.
