We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive at Urban Company

Are you someone who thrives in high-impact customer conversations and knows how to turn escalations into lasting brand loyalty

At Urban Company we are looking for a Social Media Escalation Executive to manage and resolve customer concerns.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, in chats and on calls.
  • Take full ownership of cases until resolution and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues
  • Drive first-contact resolution wherever possible
  • Convert challenging situations into positive brand experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Experience handling social media escalations and customer support
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays)
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
