Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an International BPO Printer Chat Support process. The role involves providing technical and customer support to international customers via live chat and email, ensuring quick resolution of printer-related issues and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through live chat and email for international printer support
- Troubleshoot basic to advanced printer-related issues (setup, installation, connectivity, errors, ink/toner issues)
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in CRM tools
- Meet quality, productivity, and response-time SLAs
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international support standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Basic technical understanding of printers, drivers, and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow troubleshooting scripts and SOPs
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience in International BPO Chat Support
- Prior exposure to printer / hardware technical support
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools
- Experience handling US / UK customers
