At Urban Company we are looking for a Social Media Escalation Executive to manage and resolve customer concerns.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, in chats and on calls.
- Take full ownership of cases until resolution and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues
- Drive first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Convert challenging situations into positive brand experiences
What We're Looking For
- Experience handling social media escalations and customer support
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Customer-first attitude
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
