Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer queries over calls, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English & Hindi.
  • Resolve queries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Voice BPO.
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 day rotational off.
  • Shift: Day rotational shifts.

Salary

  • Graduate: 33,000 CTC per month.
  • 12th Pass: 27,000 CTC per month.
