Hiring - Customer Support Representative
Location - Borivali, Mumbai
Timings - 7:00pm to 4:00am (Night Shift)
5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday off)
Roles & Responsibility:
- Ability to generate sales through effective clienteling.
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with client through sales cycle
- Use extensive diamond and bespoke product knowledge for Customer Service
- Oversee all facets of sales transactions
- Identify client needs
- Making Cold Calling to existing and new customer to understand their needs
- Organize all customer information in our CRM.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Desired Skills:
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills - understand fundamentals of how to sell and adapts style depending on the client's requirement
- Knowledge of Gems & Jewelry industry preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with computers, especially CRM systems and excel
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to continuously adapt as the business evolves and grows
- Team player
- British accent preferred
