We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet navigation.
