We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Non-Voice (Email & Chat Support) process. Candidates should have prior experience in handling customer queries through email and chat, along with good communication and typing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via Email & Chat support
Attend inbound calls when required
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Resolve customer issues by researching and providing accurate information
Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned team
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of requests
Key Skills Required:
Experience in Non-Voice process (Email & Chat)
Good communication skills
Typing speed: Minimum 36 WPM with 95% accuracy
Familiarity with customer handling and issue resolution
V4 / V5 skill set preferred
Language Requirement:
English, Hindi & Telugu (Hindi Mandatory)
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in email/chat process
Relieving letter is mandatory
Ability to work in rotational shifts
