Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in the Thane Gcorp. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as providing high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication, managing online support channels, and offering technical assistance to address client concerns effectively. The role involves maintaining positive client interactions while resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Experience with Online Support and Support processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve inquiries with a client-focused approach
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
