Customer Support Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Mumbai. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service through various online and offline channels. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing customer interactions, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. The ability to handle multiple queries and ensure seamless communication is key for this position.

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction strategies
• Experience in Online Support and resolving client inquiries via digital channels
• Solid understanding of Technical Support processes and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining positive client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM tools
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Communication, or related field
