Job Description

We're hiring Customer Support Executives!

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, chat, and social media channels
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
Provide accurate information about products and services, including features, usage guidance, and troubleshooting support
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions
Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution and a positive support experience
Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to address customer requirements effectively
Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights to help improve products, services, and support processes
Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and support procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support operations and tools
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image through effective communication
