Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats

• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions

• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions

• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams

• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

• Follow up with customers for issue resolution

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Basic technical knowledge and computer proficiency

• Familiarity with CRM/customer support tools is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Previous experience in customer support/customer service is preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
