Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives Voice Process for a leading MNC in Noida. The role involves handling customer interactions over voice calls and delivering high-quality support to domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined TAT.
  • Manage client escalation handling and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform client retentionrelated activities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service-level targets.

Required Skills

  • 14 years of experience in Customer Support Voice.
  • Excellent spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
