Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused customer support executives for both voice and non-voice processes. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Voice Process:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Non-Voice Process:
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
