Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

Experience: 02 Years

Salary: 15,000 40,000 per month (As per interview performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused customer support executives for both voice and non-voice processes. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Non-Voice Process:

  • Respond to customer queries via email and chat
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
