Job Summary
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone-handling skills and active listening ability
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support best practices

- Strong English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support Executive role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Resolve product or service-related concerns by clarifying issues, identifying the cause, and determining the best solution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and organizational policies to deliver accurate and timely support.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
