Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound voice calls for US customers
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively
Provide accurate information about products/services
Update customer details and call notes in CRM systems
Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and compliance guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service experience
Skills Required
Good English verbal communication skills (mandatory)
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work US night shifts
Customer-focused attitude with professional behavior
