Job Description

  • Experience: 6 months of prior experience is required, preferably in a support role.
  • Education: Minimum of 12th pass.
  • Skills:
  • Good written English is essential.
  • A typing speed of 45+ WPM with at least 90% accuracy is needed.
  • Technical: You must have your own laptop as this is a backend chat process.
  • Work Schedule: This is a 6-day work week role.
  • Location: We prefer candidates who live close to HSR and have their own vehicle.
  • Availability: We are looking for immediate joiners.

Interview & Hiring Process

  • Interview Rounds: There are 2 interview rounds: a skill round and a fitment round.
  • Commitment: We are looking for candidates who will stay with the company for the long term.
