We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of customer support materials, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or related field.
• Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate / Any Graduate
• Excellent Communication Skills and 6 Months BPO Hospitality Background
• Retention Experience/upscaling with Hospitality Background) Mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to our products and services.
