Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are positive and professional.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies.
• Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends to enhance service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Salary: 36 k to 46 K ctc
