Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible, polite, and efficient Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, manage marketplace tickets, and ensure customer satisfaction across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Query Handling
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram DMs, and calls.
- Help customers with order tracking, product queries, returns/exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain fast response speed and accurate information.
2. Marketplace Ticket Management
- Handle support tickets on D2C Brand Website.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for delivery or RTO issues.
3. Order, Return & Exchange Support
- Manage post-purchase and pre-purchase concerns.
- Assist with size-related queries, product issues, and feedback calls.
- Update internal logs and maintain issue records.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain customer interaction logs and daily reports.
- Update issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in sheets/CRM tools.
5. Brand Representation
- Communicate professionally, politely, and empathetically.
- Maintain consistent tone aligned with brand values.
Skills Required
- Good communication in English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
- Polite, patient, and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred).
- Understanding of marketplace panels is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication are also welcome.
