We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client queries, ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and queries.
- Provide real-time updates on shipment status, delays, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams for issue resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/MIS systems.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of all customer issues.
- Support order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer experience.
Key Requirements
- 13 years of experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations (dispatch, tracking, delivery).
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.

- Experience with logistics software (TMS/WMS).
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
