Job Description

Ob Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client queries, ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and queries.
  • Provide real-time updates on shipment status, delays, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams for issue resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/MIS systems.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of all customer issues.
  • Support order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics operations (dispatch, tracking, delivery).
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with logistics software (TMS/WMS).
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills.
