Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer queries across platforms - WhatsApp, email, social media
  • To monitor all shipments on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are dispatched and delivered within assured time frames
  • Maintain inventory for packaging material and replenish stock as needed
  • Keep track of returns, refunds, exchanges and process them
  • Manage all marketplace order dispatches, reimbursements
  • Connect with customers to understand feedback
  • Managing smooth flow of operations at the warehouse

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
