• Job Role: Customer Support Executive – International Voice (US Travel Process)
• Location: Bangalore (MSR Tower)
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Salary: ₹26,000 Take-Home per month
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Week Off: 2 Rotational Week-Offs
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab (within 20 km)

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass or above.
• Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience (Mandatory).
• Age up to 30 years.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound voice calls.
• Assist customers with travel-related bookings, modifications, and support.
• Provide accurate information while delivering excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns within defined quality and productivity standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills.
• International Voice Process experience.
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
