Role: Customer Support Executive
As a Customer Support Executive, you'll handle customer queries via email, chat, and outgoing calls (when needed) for social media escalations. You'll play a key role in ensuring high levels of satisfaction while delivering accurate information and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Make outgoing calls for social media queries or escalations
• Offer accurate, timely product/service information
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
Requirements & Skills
• Excellent written communication
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems
• Fluency in Hindi is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends & rotational day shifts
• Graduation is mandatory (BCom/BBA/Finance & Commerce streams only)
• BE and MBA graduates are not eligible
• Prior fintech/banking ops or merchant support experience preferred
• Social media query handling is a bonus
Qualifications
• 2+ years in Customer Support or a related role
• Freshers with the right attitude and strong communication can also apply
• Prior experience in fintech or risk/merchant ops is an advantage
