Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to travel services
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and queries
- Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in domestic or international voice process
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹32,000 per month
- In-hand: Approx. ₹27,000
2. Process: Etihad (Non-Voice / Semi-Voice Process)
Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Chat/Email/Semi-Voice)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, or semi-voice channels
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks
- Ensure excellent written and verbal communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in chat, email, or semi-voice process (domestic/international)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹30,000 per month
- In-hand: Approx. ₹25,000
