Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented International Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with U.S.-based clients. The role focuses on engaging with prospects, understanding requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term business.
You will work with a pre-qualified database of U.S. companies through CRM, enabling you to focus on relationship building and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with U.S.-based clients via calls and emails
- Introduce company offerings and value proposition
- Understand customer requirements and pricing expectations
- Build and manage strong B2B client relationships
- Convert leads into customers and drive repeat business
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and order fulfillment
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions

Compensation & Incentives:

Eligibility / Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in international/B2B sales preferred
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred
