Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communication, partner coordination, and day-to-day support operations. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, and service-related questions
- Coordinate with partners/vendors for confirmations and follow-ups
- Support partner onboarding and basic operational activities
- Maintain accurate records and update details in internal systems
- Follow defined processes, scripts, and escalation guidelines
- Handle multiple tasks and support functions as assigned
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
- Kannada
- Hindi
- English
- Telugu - Added advantage
Mandatory Requirements
- Laptop is mandatory (personal laptop required)
- Basic computer and typing skills

Job Details
- Salary: INR 18,000 / Month
- Working hours (9AM - 7PM)
- 6 Days / Week with Tuesdays as week off.
