Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communication, partner coordination, and day-to-day support operations. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, and service-related questions
  • Coordinate with partners/vendors for confirmations and follow-ups
  • Support partner onboarding and basic operational activities
  • Maintain accurate records and update details in internal systems
  • Follow defined processes, scripts, and escalation guidelines
  • Handle multiple tasks and support functions as assigned

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Kannada
  • Hindi
  • English
  • Telugu - Added advantage

Mandatory Requirements

  • Laptop is mandatory (personal laptop required)
  • Basic computer and typing skills

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Details

  • Salary: INR 18,000 / Month
  • Working hours (9AM - 7PM)
  • 6 Days / Week with Tuesdays as week off.
