Minimalix is a fast-growing interior design and technology-driven organization focused on delivering customer-centric solutions through innovation, structured processes, and strong service quality. We work closely with design professionals, partners, and customers across multiple cities in India to create seamless experiences.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to support our Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in customer service, communication, issue resolution, and professional support operations. The intern will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to real customer interactions, internal tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and support requests via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand customer concerns, gather relevant details, and provide accurate solutions or guidance
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions clearly in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, product, or technical support for issue escalation and resolution
  • Assist in maintaining FAQs, support documentation, and process guidelines
  • Track common customer issues and share feedback to improve service quality and user experience
  • Adhere to service standards, communication guidelines, and turnaround times
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and feedback discussions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree (any discipline)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with web-based tools
  • Willingness to learn customer support processes, CRM systems, and service workflows
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly
  • Prior customer service or support experience (Preferred)
