Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in the Karnataka and Delhi-NCR regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. As a Customer Support Executive, you will engage with customers primarily through voice communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are positive and helpful. - Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Required Skills: - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Experience in customer support, particularly in a voice process environment. - Familiarity with Sutherland and Foundever systems is a plus. - Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
