Job Description

We are hiring a Renewal Executive to manage and retain our existing customers. Your role is to make sure customers continue their subscriptions by providing clear information, resolving renewal-related issues, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Conduct product demos, feature walkthroughs, and value presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns and proactively reach out to recommend relevant upgrades.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast revenue growth, and track performance in CRM tools .
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly upsell targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve offerings and messaging.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Strong follow-up ability.
  3. Basic understanding of subscriptions.
  4. Experience in support or renewals (preferred).
