We are hiring a Renewal Executive to manage and retain our existing customers. Your role is to make sure customers continue their subscriptions by providing clear information, resolving renewal-related issues, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Conduct product demos, feature walkthroughs, and value presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor customer usage patterns and proactively reach out to recommend relevant upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase product adoption.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
- Manage pipeline, forecast revenue growth, and track performance in CRM tools .
- Achieve monthly/quarterly upsell targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve offerings and messaging.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Strong follow-up ability.
- Basic understanding of subscriptions.
- Experience in support or renewals (preferred).
