Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate degree or higher educational qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or telecaller roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
