As a Customer Support Executive at Indent Logistics, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your main duties will include providing detailed information about our products, services, and offers, handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, identifying customer needs, and resolving queries efficiently. This full-time position offers a stable schedule with 6 working days per week and day shifts.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or telecalling roles. Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding Indent Logistics products, services, and offers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively.

  • Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Achieve and maintain high performance standards for customer service.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or higher educational qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or telecaller roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Males only, as per job specifications.
  • Availability for full-time work with 6 days of working and day shifts.
