Freshers: 22,000/month (Take-Home)
Experienced Candidates: 22,000 – 32,000/month (based on relevant experience and interview performance)
Shift: Australian Shift
Work Schedule:
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Weekly Offs
Transportation:
• Two-way cab facility provided.
• Cab service is available for employees residing within a 25 km radius of the office.
About the Role:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with Australian customers through calls, emails, or chats (depending on the assigned process). Your responsibility will be to resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, maintain high service standards, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage for experienced candidates.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in Australian shifts.
Interview Process:
1️⃣ HR Round – Basic introduction, communication skills, and profile discussion.
2️⃣ Assessment Round – English, aptitude, and customer service-related evaluation.
3️⃣ Operations Round – Process-based interview to assess problem-solving skills, customer handling ability, and overall suitability for the role.
