Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Support Representative. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting technical or account-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing updates to enhance the customer experience. Additional tasks may include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up on unresolved cases, and collaborating with other departments to improve service processes.
