Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Support Representative. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting technical or account-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing updates to enhance the customer experience. Additional tasks may include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up on unresolved cases, and collaborating with other departments to improve service processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through timely and empathetic assistance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical or account-related issues efficiently.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
