Job Description

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹2.4 – 3.6 LPA

About the Role

ibaby is a premium baby retail brand with stores in Gurgaon and Punjabi Bagh and a growing online store at ibabyxpress.com. We are looking for a confident, customer-first individual to manage our customer calls, resolve queries, and drive repeat sales through direct outreach.

If you enjoy talking to people, can handle a high volume of calls with warmth and energy, and know how to turn a conversation into a sale — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and messages across phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to share new arrivals, offers, and restocks
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into purchases
  • Resolve customer complaints and order-related issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain and update customer records on Google Sheets and Shopify
  • Coordinate with store teams on deliveries, exchanges, and product availability

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or a similar calling role
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, warm, and confident
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up without being pushy
  • Good with basic computer tasks — Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp
  • Patient and empathetic — our customers are new and expecting parents
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage a high volume of daily interactions

Goof to Have

  • Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or a baby/parenting brand
  • Familiarity with Shopify
