Job description:

We're Hiring Customer Support Intern

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to assist our support team in delivering excellent service to customers. The intern will gain hands-on experience in customer communication, issue resolution, and support operations while learning about customer relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or social media.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support representatives when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Help create and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends.
  • Support the team in day-to-day customer service operations.

What we are looking for :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email and office tools.
  • Ability to remain patient, professional, and empathetic when handling customer concerns.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Sector 62 , Gurgaon.

Experience: No prior experience required (freshers can apply )
