Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone
  • Resolve product or service issues in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
