Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the company database and ensure data integrity.
- Review and verify data for accuracy before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain files and documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist in generating reports based on data entry when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of data management and entry processes.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
