Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)

Company: Firstsource Solution

Location: DLF 2 Building, IT SEZ, Opp. Gitanjali Park, Major Arterial Road, New Town, Kolkata 700156

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Associates (Voice Process) for British Telecom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Required Experience

  • Minimum and 6 months of experience in a Customer Service / Voice Process role is mandatory.
  • Freshers eligible

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate arts &science
  • BE/B.Tech freshers are not eligible
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Shifts & Week Offs

  • General Shifts (9-hour shifts)
  • 2 rotational weekly offs

Interview Process

  1. HR Round
  2. Versant/Svar Test B2 Level
  3. Client Round Voice & Accent
  4. Client Operations Round
