Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

Handling clients On Call (Mandatory)

Understand the company's Software & IT services in-depth to assist clients effectively.

Provided them with technical support (On Call & Remote Desk) by diagnosing the Issue

Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.

Address and resolve client queries efficiently.

Provide Technical Support For Software By Diagnosing The Issue.

Troubleshooting Technical Issues.

Solving Software Faults by coordinating with Software Developers.

Need Smart And Proficient Candidates

Pay: 20,000.00 - 24,000.00 in hand per month

Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 11 AM - 7 PM
