The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving banking-related questions, providing accurate information about financial products and services, and addressing concerns related to credit and insurance. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers
• Knowledge in Finance, Credit, and Insurance processes
• Proficiency in managing and resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree is Mandatory
• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam

Location : Navi Mumbai , Chennai , Bangalore

Salary : 20000 Take Home & 25000 CTC (Chennai) For Freshers

16000 Take Home & 20000 CTC (Bangalore)

15200 for freshers and 24000 Take home for experienced (Mumbai)(English&Hindi Mandatory)
