EPIV Solutions & Services is hiring Customer Support Executives (CSR) for our growing International Voice Process team in Pune.
Location: Fatima Nagar / Wanowrie, Pune
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Process: US & UK International Voice Process
US Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound calls with US & UK customers
Provide professional customer support and resolve queries
Generate, qualify & follow up on leads
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Achieve sales, lead generation & performance targets
Maintain accurate customer & call records
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
What We're Looking ForStrong English communication skills
Confident & professional personality
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome
International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support / Telecalling / Sales experience is an advantage
