Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Customer Support Executive at DeltaX. The role involves providing exceptional support to customers by addressing their queries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical assistance. The position plays a vital role in maintaining a high standard of customer service while fostering positive client relationships.

• Proficient in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively assist and guide clients.
• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to resolve queries and enhance user experience.
• Ability to provide timely and efficient Technical Support with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer support roles or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
