Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Surat. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and partners. Daily tasks include creating sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, training sales teams, and actively managing relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and partners.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to sales teams for improved performance and results.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects and clients efficiently.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy or solar power industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in an on-site environment.
